In a podcast in July 2022, Bridges described the return as a return after a “long weekend.” Presented at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards (2024). I’ve been really looking forward to watching The Old Man ever since I saw the first trailer.
The acting, writing, directing, etc
I’m a fan of spy thrillers and Jeff Bridges, so I had high expectations. Well, the series not only lived up to those expectations, it exceeded them in every way.
are all top-notch, FX always delivers great content and this series is no exception
The only downside to this series is that we have to wait a week between episodes. I wish they would release them all at once like Netflix, but since it’s on network TV, I understand that binge-watching has ruined it for me because now I hate waiting a week between episodes.
I’m definitely looking forward to season 2 and just hope it continues to be as good as this season
